Nothing for your staff to learn and nothing for them to remember. One visit from us, then the system does the recording and you only hear from it when a number is wrong.
We come to your site once. A battery-powered sensor goes inside each chiller, freezer or store room, and one small gateway plugs into a socket and joins your Wi-Fi or an ethernet port. Nothing is drilled, no unit is switched off, and we work around your busy hours.
Before we leave, every sensor is confirmed reporting and your manager has seen the dashboard.
Each sensor takes a reading and sends it to the gateway by long-range radio. That is 96 timestamped readings a day per unit, recorded by the device itself, not by whoever was on shift. Readings are kept for two years.
Your dashboard shows the current temperature of every unit, whether it is in range, and when it last reported. Open it on a phone or a laptop.
Each unit has a safe range and a grace period: how long a reading may sit outside the range before anyone is told. That way a door opened for restocking does not wake you up, but a failing compressor does.
The alert names the unit, how far out it is and for how long. It goes to the people you chose during installation, and you can change the list at any time.

Held above 4°C for 22 minutes. Check the door seal.
Reading at 02:14: 7.1°C. Grace period 20 minutes.
When an inspector asks for last month, choose the unit, or all of them, and the month. Senso pulls every reading from that period, marks each one in or out of range, and lays it out as a temperature log: one line per reading, breaches highlighted, acknowledgements noted.
It takes a few seconds, so you can hand it over while the inspector is still on site. Nothing is typed in by hand, so nothing can be filled in from memory or rewritten later.
We walk your site, count the units, and send one written quote before anything is installed.
